In-person kettlebell meet at Seattle Kettlebell Club for IKO Ranks and World League score submission. 5 and 10-minute snatch sets only. Two lifters per time slot (in the "back room" with the garage open). Outdoor waiting area. All are welcome, advance registration required (cut-off 9/12/20).

Lifting is in-person only. Registrations fee: $25 + tax. No in-person spectators but event will be livestreamed. Ranks & places award by certificate per IKO rules and ranking table. Full COVID precautions will be emailed to participants. Registration ends Sep 12th, so sign up now!
